Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we're constantly evaluating our shipping options and hope to expand our reach in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our tees are print-on-demand, with an estimated shipping time to the United States of 5-10 days.

Damaged or incorrect item received?

While we don't generally accept returns or exchanges, a refund may be made for damaged goods or incorrect products received, subject to email approval from mimiandmuca@gmail.com.

How to request a refund:

  1. Contact us at mimiandmuca@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Please include clear photos of the issue in your email.
  2. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Delivery Claims?

If you encounter a non-delivery situation or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, please initiate contact with the carrier responsible for the delivery within 7 days to file a claim.

Mimi & Muca - The Gentle Club cannot assume responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits will not be issued for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

While we are committed to assisting with the carrier claim process, it is imperative that you first file a claim directly with the carrier. Please be aware that the resolution of claims may take up to 30 days, contingent on the shipping carrier used. Your cooperation in this process is highly appreciated.
